In our Landmark Rehab™ department, patients' horizons are broadened as they reclaim their physical functionality.
Landmark Rehab™ offers patients a new lease on life with step-by-step goal oriented programs to restore an optimal level of independence.
Physical, Speech & Occupational Therapists
help patients relearn the skills they need to move on with their lives and to return home. In a fully hands-on workshop, patients are taught to manipulate tools with their newfound mobility and dexterity, equipping them to deal with the minutiae of daily living – from buttoning their shirts to assembling a shaver.
Our medical, therapeutic and social services
personnel collaborate to chart the progress of each
individual, constantly reevaluating his/her needs.
Here, a patient with no sensation or muscle strength following a
stroke, works on increasing both of these with the assistance of his therapist.

The standing box allows patients to stand with supervision and
perform trunk and upper extremity strengthening exercises to prepare
for activities of daily living in the standing position.
While recovering after a total hip replacement, patients have the
opportunity to strengthen their upper bodies, necessary for ADL
performance and to support the weakened lower extremity during ambulation.
